Community Mental Health Transformation Plan
Partners across North Tyneside are working together to begin redesigning the local community mental health model. The ambition is to take a radical approach to co-designing and co-producing a place-based and personalised way of working alongside experts by experience, local voluntary organisations and local authority providers. Workstreams are in the process of being set up to develop thinking around co-production, mapping community assets, building a Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector alliance, and workforce development.
