Our New Long Term Conditions Administrative Team

We have listened to patient feedback and in response to this we have created a new administrative team here at Priory Medical Group. 

This team has been created with the intention of:

  • Reducing the number of appointments, where possible, by combining these within the clinical team
  • Improving patient care by offering a dedicated Long Term Conditions phone line
  • Offering continuity of care
  • Fewer letters

The team will be available via option 6 of our surgeries number 01912570223 and will be available during the surgeries opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 5pm.

This line is operated by a non-clinical administrative team, able to help you book and amend appointments.
